How it works:
Unlike SMS, WhatsApp follows a conversation-based logic.
When you send a message, a 24-hour conversation window is opened:
- The first message sent opens the conversation.
- All subsequent messages sent within 24 hours to the same contact are included.
- If the recipient replies, you can continue messaging without additional costs within the same window.
- After 24 hours, sending a new message will open a new conversation.
