What is an email and SMS marketing platform?

Can I use SMS only, without email?
Line ONE, Line UP and Line MAX include both email and SMS. If you communicate mainly by SMS, Line SMS gives you unlimited lists and contacts, and you send with SMS packages or SMS credit in euro.
How do SMS credits work?
You can buy SMS packages for Italy or abroad, or a credit in euro deducted at each send according to your price list and the destination country. Credits are valid for 12 months and do not renew automatically.
Can I import the contacts I already have?
Yes. You import your existing lists and organise them into segments. New contacts can also come from sign-up forms connected to your lists.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by writing to info@line2lead.com; cancellation takes effect from the following period.
Is ConnyLine suitable for agencies?
Yes. The Line MAX plan handles up to 10 users with dedicated permissions. Agencies also get sub-accounts for each client, white label and a partner programme.
